Azamara ofrecía una excursión en tierra a la granja de Toni Montoliu pero cobraban más de 400 dólares por persona. En su lugar, envié un correo electrónico a Toni directamente e hice reservas para el almuerzo- sugirió que llegáramos a las 11:00 para disfrutar de la zona. Tomamos un taxi de 30 minutos (unos 20 euros) y no llegamos hasta las 11:45. Sin embargo, eso fue lo suficientemente temprano. Cuando llegamos, me tomé un vaso grande de vino y mi marido una cerveza. Nos dieron cacahuetes sin cáscara y algunas judías de altramuz. Toni salió a saludarnos pero habla muy poco inglés. De hecho, nadie allí habla mucho inglés. Uno de los cocineros nos hizo participar en la elaboración de la paella. Mi marido y yo cortamos las alubias. El chef encendió el fuego y preparó la sartén. Involucró a mi marido en el proceso de cocción. Éramos los únicos hasta la 1:30, cuando llegaron otras 20 personas.
